Privacy Policy

Wabbi ("we", "us") builds a fitness-tracking and social app for every sport. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — email address, username, display name, and (optionally) profile photo, bio, height, weight, and birth year.
• Fitness & health data — workouts you log (type, duration, intensity, notes) and, only if you connect Apple Health, workout and heart-rate data you choose to import.
• Content you create — posts, photos, videos, comments, stories, goals, and direct messages.
• Usage & device data — basic app-interaction data and, if you enable notifications, a push token for your device.

2. How we use it

• To provide the core app — logging sessions, analytics, streaks, goals, the social feed, and messaging.
• To send notifications you opt into.
• To keep the community safe (reviewing reports, enforcing our Terms).

3. Health data

Health and fitness data is used solely to power your in-app experience. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it with third parties for their own use. Apple Health data stays associated with your account and is only accessed with your explicit permission, which you can revoke at any time in iOS Settings.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the app, under confidentiality obligations:

• Cloud hosting and database (application infrastructure).
• Email delivery (verification and password-reset emails).
• Push-notification delivery.

Other users see the content and profile information you choose to make visible.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, content, sessions, and associated data.

6. Children

Wabbi is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise them, contact us at support@wabbi.fit.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
