By using Wabbi you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use — zero tolerance

Wabbi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or illegal.
• Share false or misleading health information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Spam or advertise without permission.
• Hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual-property rights.

You can report objectionable content or abusive users at any time from the ••• menu on any post, profile, comment, or message, and you can block abusive users. We review every report and act on it — removing content and suspending or banning offending users — within 24 hours. Objectionable content and the users who post it have no place on Wabbi.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Wabbi a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and doesn't infringe others' rights.

4. Health disclaimer

Wabbi is a fitness-tracking and social app, not a medical service. Content in the app is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise programme.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
